Heather & Steve's vintage and classic affair.

We had the pleasure of meeting Heather through her sister Hannah. Hannah was one of our brides who was married in the fall of 2014. That following spring Heather said, "I do." Heather and Steve were a couple born in a time before ours. Their classic, vintage style was incorporated into the space at Rose Hill Estate in Aiken, South Carolina. The ceremony space was tucked below shady trees in a small courtyard. The reception space filled a lounge area and two formal rooms within the estate. It was the perfect backdrop for their vintage inspired day. We used soft colors and vintage decor to accent the space and create a romantic environment for the beautiful couple. The light rain wasn't enough to spoil the evening. The sweet couple took it in stride and they said their nuptials under the coverage of umbrellas held by their bridal party. It was the perfect beginning to a love story written especially for them.

Lynsey & Jeremiah's outdoor love story.

We met Lynsey and her maid of honor in a coffee shop to discuss the details of her wedding. She was laid back and easy going. She was married at Perry's Landing in Hephzibah, Georgia. Her style was simple and charming with a touch of country and whimsy vintage accents. She had soft-colored floral centerpieces that incorporated tea cups and vintage books. Lace details gave the rustic barn a delicate, romantic feel. The day was sunny and gorgeous as the happy couple said their I do's under a cloud-speckled blue sky.

Hannah & Patrick celebrate their love in the fall.

We met Hannah and Patrick as their wedding date quickly approached. They are a military couple who's time was sparse. They had a rich and elegantly decorated fall wedding in Sacred Heart Cultural Center located in Augusta, Georgia. Their centerpieces donned wooden branch elements where candles hung, creating a romantic ambiance. They had chosen deep grey overlays that helped accent the rich fall colors found in the floral arrangements and decor. Love filled every inch of the building, making it an unforgettable night for the bride and groom.

Brittany & Houston were everything southern on the Carolina coast.

Brittany & Houston allowed us to help them create a night that was everything southern on the Carolina coast. We traveled to Mount Pleasant, South Carolina for this memorable night. The backdrop was gorgeous. Nestled along the water, Alahambra Hall, offered the perfect location for a southern wedding. Brittany and Houston have a rustic elegance about them that was evident in their decor. Baby's breath, mason jars, lanterns and candle light filled the reception space with romance and rustic elegance. The couple's personality was found around every corner. Charming details could be found every where you looked. The afternoon coastal monsoon wasn't enough to dampen the spirits of this amazing couple. The skies cleared up long enough to say, "I do" under the comfort of the shady oak tree. As the reception was underway, the magic and love this couple shared filled every inch of the space making it an unforgettable night. They are the most adorable couple and one of our favorite weddings.

Rebecca & James inspired a romantic & beautiful day.

Rebecca & James are a happy-go-lucky couple who couldn't wait to be married. They said their vows at a church in downtown Augusta, Georgia. Following that, they crossed the river into North Augusta, South Carolina to dance the night away. The Palmetto Room in North Augusta offers breathtaking views of downtown Augusta. The couple fused the simple country-boy charm with Rebecca's traditional style. An elegant five-tier cake greeted their guests as they entered the ballroom. Other details included burlap, lace, and cornflower blue flowers throughout the reception space. A candy bar was a main attraction. It offered up many sweets for guests and had them buzzing all night. There was an energy in the air that could be felt by everyone in attendance. It was a warm, southern night that everyone on the veranda delighted in.
